The International Hypnosis Consciousness Council (IHCC) is the standard for consciousness-based hypnosis — a professional council built to support certified hypnosis practitioners with the recognition, resources, and community their work deserves.

We believe hypnosis is more than a technique; it’s a consciousness-based practice that calls for skill, integrity, and genuine care for the people it serves. IHCC exists to uphold that standard — connecting certified hypnosis practitioners worldwide through a professional directory, a growing resource and script library, referral opportunities, and ongoing professional development.

Whether you’re newly certified or years into your practice, IHCC offers a professional home: a place to be recognized, to grow, and to connect with a global community of hypnosis practitioners committed to the same standard of excellence.

Our Leadership

Nancy Solook, CHt

Founder & Executive Director

Nancy Solook, CHt, is the Founder and Executive Director of the International Hypnosis Consciousness Council and Legacy Hypnosis Academy. With over a decade of experience as a certified hypnotist, Nancy has trained practitioners internationally through a comprehensive curriculum spanning foundational technique, advanced hypnosis, spiritual regression, and business development. Her work is grounded in the pioneering traditions of Dave Elman and Gerald Kein, two of the most influential figures in modern hypnosis. In addition to her work in hypnosis, Nancy holds credentials as a Reiki Master, Certified Remote Viewer, and Third Degree Spiritual Alchemist.

Duncan Bowen, Ph.D.

Director of Psychological Services

For more than 30 years, Dr. Duncan Bowen has walked and taught the initiatory path — integrating psychological, energetic, and spiritual perspectives into one coherent body of work. His approach harmonizes traditional holistic healing with modern psychological insight, meeting each person exactly where they are.

Arthor Pendragon

Regional Representative — GB, Ireland & Europe

Regional Representative for IHCC across Great Britain, Ireland, and Europe, Arthor Pendragon is a Clinical Hypnotist with 21st Century Hypnosis / 21st Century Knights in England.
