Professional titles and certifications

Payment, cancellation and refunds
A $500 deposit holds a place on a certification cohort. The deposit is non-refundable and may be transferred to another cohort within 12 months. The balance is due in full 14 days before the course begins. Course links and materials are sent 10-14 days before the course starts.
Continuing-education courses are paid at the full listed price at the time of enrolment. Payment plans, where arranged, are agreed personally with the Academy rather than through this website. Books and merchandise are sold through the external platforms linked from the Shop page and follow those platforms' own terms.
